HOA members are welcome at board meetings, but please inform Urban Nook Property Management if you plan to attend to allow planning for space limitations. Where can my visitors park?
Visitors may park in designated visitor parking spots that are not marked with a unit number. If designated visitor parking is not available, visitors can park on Koch Street, Olive Street, or 17th Avenue according to city regulations. Driveways to garages and numbered parking spaces are associated with unit ownership and should not be used without permission of the unit occupants and/or owners. Some visitor parking spaces may not be available in the winter if additional space is needed for snow storage. For safety and access of emergency equipment, Cedarwinds HOA does not allow parking of any type of vehicle along curbs, on the lawn, or in any areas that are not specifically designated for parking on our common property.

Am I allowed to attend HOA board meetings if I am not on the board?
Yes! Any owner in the HOA is welcome at board meetings. The volunteer board strives to operate as transparently as possible while protecting the privacy of individual owners. Because space is limited in some meeting locations, please contact Urban Nook Management if you plan to attend a board meeting so the host can be prepared.
Cedarwinds has been approved through August 2025 for reverse mortgages provided by FHA-approved lenders in the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) program. Amber Docken at Fairway Independent Mortgage already has the Cedarwinds paperwork for rapid service.
