About Cedarwinds Condominiums

First established in 1982 and built by Ken LeClair, the Cedarwinds Association began with a small group of homeowners of 14 units on Olive Street. As Bozeman grew, additional units were added through 1984, eventually becoming the 60-unit complex between Koch Street and Olive Street we see today. The complex is located in a prime location for easy access to downtown Bozeman, Montana State University, hiking trails, Nordic or downhill skiing, Yellowstone National Park, and much more.
